David has an extensive automotive retail background having grown up in his family’s Ford Dealerships. He has
served in various positions over the years including Dealer Principal at Jack Kain Ford, where he remains a partner
today. His Internet experience includes developing his own dealership Internet Operation and being a co-founder of
FordDirect.com, the dealer/factory owned joint venture that is the Internet lead provider to Ford and Lincoln dealers,
where he served as the Chief Operating Officer until he developed KainAutomotive.com.
While David primarily provides in-dealership training, David is an active speaker at many industry events including
the NADA Convention, State Association Workshops, Digital Dealer as well as Manufacturer Training Conferences
and is a regular contributing writer to industry publications and eNewsletters including Ward's Dealer Business,
Dealer.com eNewsletter, BlackBook eNewsletter and others.

Greg Wells spent 22 years working in automotive retail with specific expertise in Business Development Centers
and Internet Sales.His work has been recognized nationally by NADA and his in-dealership sales training
experience launched many successful selling careers.
Greg has built BDC's from scratch and knows what it takes to recruit the right team, implement effective
processes then meld them into a profitable Internet/BDC Operation. He has been a part of Internet sales since
the early nineties and has seen the dealership’s Internet Operations evolve to where they are today with Internet
Sales 4.0.With an innate ability to diagnose operational opportunities, Greg can then teach the strategies and
tactics necessary to help clients grow their business.
Greg's speaking experience includes Ford's National BDC launch meetings while working at the dealership and
he also presents at various Leadership Seminars in his local market. He is an industry expert columnist for Auto
Dealer Monthly and regularly speaks at the Digital Dealer Conferences, to 20 Groups and Dealer Groups.
Greg has been with Kain Automotive since 2009 and as the Senior Partner heads up our BDC and Telephone
Skills Practices while also providing expert in-dealership and web-based training to our clients for Internet and
BDC Operations.
Trevor has an extensive background in developing effective Call Centers, Internet Operations and Business
Development Centers for businesses including the last several years specific to the Automotive Industry. His
unique experience both in and out of the car business gives him a broader perspective than what is typical in our
industry today.
Trevor has a strong track record of streamlining and taking Internet Departments to the next level through
process mapping and his attentiveness to detail. Trevor has worked in the trenches at Single Point and
Multi-Rooftop Dealerships and has developed an understanding of what needs to be done to get the individual
dealer moving ahead.
Never one to wait for the next trend Trevor sought new ideas and tactics that could be applied to drive the growth
of the businesses he worked with. Trevor has a thorough knowledge of CRM and Lead Management Tools and
how to integrate strategies and tactics to get the greatest possible efficiency from them.
Trevor will be managing our Mystery Shopping and Internet Process Performance Review services as well as
managing our service to develop follow-up schedules in Dealership CRM and Lead Management Tools.
Frank Jones has spent his career perfecting his craft of inspiring consumers to purchase vehicles and financial
services in dealerships. In his 21 years in automotive retail, he has held a wide variety of management roles
with some of the industry's most well known multi-point dealer groups as well as several years in single point
stores. He has been nationally recognized for his selling and closing skills which he is able to transfer to our
clients during his training and consulting engagements.
His primary focus is on creating and/or enhancing Dealership Internet Operations and Business Development
Centers. He also serves as our “go-to guy” when it comes to exceptional customer interaction and
communication training.as well as strategic guidance with online financing and the art of closing the deal.
Frank was recruited to Kain Automotive for his ability to guide dealership profit centers to market leading levels
and has an innate ability to train and motivate people to reach their pinnacle of achievement for themselves and
the dealership.
